Customer Growth Manager

Overview

FlyEasy Software is a fast growing SaaS company servicing the private aviation industry. The Growth Manager is a customer-facing position that will support customer retention and new sales. In this role, the individual will act as a FlyEasy product expert working with new and existing customers to support/guide them with best practices, developing new content, and implementation training/coaching as we expand our product offering. This is a cross-functional role that links our Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams to our customers through proactive customer management. This role reports directly to the VP Marketing & Sales.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage new customers through the FlyEasy onboarding process
  • Track customer’s progress and status using FlyEasy CRM tools and internal reporting
  • Act as support to post-sales relationship of FlyEasy customers
  • Identify areas of opportunity to expand the product utilization and incremental needs within existing accounts
  • Manage existing customer relationships to minimize customer churn or staleness
  • Raise customer risks to relevant teams in a timely manner
  • Act as customer-facing expert concerning the FlyEasy platform
  • Such other duties as assigned by the VP Marketing & Sales

 

Training and Services

  • Input into the development of learning materials such as webinars, training sessions, online documentation, and product improvements
  • Deliver on-site training for customers requiring deeper levels of support or analysis as needed
  • Provide best practice and white paper content to other sales related functions

 

Team Development Participation

  • Constantly refine the FlyEasy onboarding process based on client feedback and interactions
  • Continuous improvement in the team’s tools, training, processes, reporting, and other key items to help the team run efficiently

 

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Spanish or French is an asset
  • Hands-on knowledge of CRM systems
  • Must have strong general knowledge of SaaS and subscription-based software platforms
  • Experience working with Apple systems and devices on Mac OS and iOS
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Must have capabilities in both written and graphic content
  • Excellent oral and written communication

Remuneration

Base salary plus annual bonus aligned with corporate profitability
